Cons
Leadership is out of touch when it comes to their employees. Toxic work environment and not a great atmosphere. So quick to threaten you with your job, you don’t feel appreciated and you just feel like a number. Each employee has a dollar sign above their head and that’s how you are viewed. Advise given to the field if you don’t like it take 15 minutes and cry about it, we have exit signs at each one of our stores feel free to use it.
