Sales Centric

Pros

Commission can be good, if personal sales are exceptional. Almost all commission is based loosely on getting new lines added.

Cons

Minimal commission if minimum sales quotients are not met. Tons of tracked metrics to be addressed potentially daily. Opportunities for sales seem to be dwindling and I personally found it hard to hit minimums. Especially given low numbers of opportunities for sales, it is hard to get the raw number of metrics needed.

Lied about pay

Pros

Opportunity if you are willing to kiss butt and lie to customers.

Cons

Pay sucks, management sucks, and they lie about your pay. They change goals to make it harder. Your store is never stocked with what you need unless you are one of the major stores. Then you have to waste your own time to go to the store to pick up what you need to bring it back to your clients. Was also made to clock out in case we were in a wreck.
