Working at Prime Communications was one of the most stressful experiences of my career. The company pushes unrealistic sales goals that are nearly impossible to achieve consistently, leading to a toxic work environment where employees are constantly pressured with little to no support. Leadership lacks emotional intelligence and is completely closed off to feedback—any attempt to have a discussion about concerns is met with defensiveness or outright dismissal. Work-life balance is nonexistent. Expect to be overworked, have your schedule changed last minute, and be pressured to sacrifice personal time to chase unattainable metrics. The culture is all about results, but the company does nothing to set employees up for success. Instead of coaching or meaningful development, leadership relies on fear-based tactics and micromanagement. If you’re looking for a company that values its employees, supports realistic goal-setting, and fosters a positive work environment, this is NOT the place for you.
