Pros

Absolutely none, garbage company to work for STAY AWAY.

Cons

CEO wants employees to risk their lives for absolutely no reason during extreme weather. Pay is garbage, clientele is garbage, upper management is garbage. All upper management are on heavy amounts of drugs openly. Unethical business practices such as mass amounts of fraud on customers accounts done by upper management and then pinned on store reps.

Pros

The work itself is pretty cool. I enjoy helping people pick out and learn about their new phones. I was lucky enough to be in good company with my coworkers towards the end of my stay so it definitely matters who your working with.

Cons

I worked there for JUST over a year.. Buckle in because this is going to be a lot! I will try keep it as concise as possible.. in that year I have had 3 DM’s (district manager) , 2 managers, 2 Regional managers and have worked in 3 stores in WA state. My first DM was completely absent practically the entire time.. I met him face to face 1 time before he got demoted. I joined on November 30th 2023.. He had me working extended hour (11 hour) PEAK HOLIDAY SEASON traffic shift by myself 3 days before Xmas. This is just scratching the surface. My second DM tried many times to sweat me into committing account fraud by threatening me with consequences and not giving me my incentive. She was eventually fired because she got caught essentially ring-leading an internal ring of account and commission fraud which also implicated several other managers and coworkers and they all got fired. I have pages I could write but if this isn’t enough of a red flag than knock your socks off
