One of the things that I have fairly enjoyed with this company is the "open to ideas" concept. Prime Communications is vastly growing and being able to contribute my thoughts and ideas is an amazing experience - to know that individually I am contributing the company's future success!

Cons

As with any company, there are growing pains and sometimes those moments can be challenging.

Cons

The environment is sales driven, and purely production oriented. You will need to focus on maintaining a healthy work life balance.
