Pros

Great performance-based pay plans with upward mobility. We offer all of AT&T's best products in 640+ locations nationwide.

Cons

High-paced sales environment can be stressful in the short-term. Communications can be tricky across 2,500 employees, but we are developing better tools to reach the team.

Pros

When I started with this company 4 years ago at an entry level sales position I wasn't doing too great financially. Now I have a full-time career and my life is on track. Hours are full time and compensation for sales is high. They prefer to promote internally versus hiring outside management. Leadership knows what they're doing.

Cons

Competitive sales-focused environment can be stressful if you're not up to it. Commute may be required to move up in the company.
