      Pros

      Great money and perks, great benefits, amazing leadership. If you are self-driven to meet the quotas, the reward is excellent. Opportunities and internal advancement all around.

      Cons

      Extremely aggressive in sales approach and technique; goals/quotas chased aggressively and sometimes rather high. Atmosphere can sometimes be very high-stress

      Pros

      Great pay outs when store does well, amazing district, regional manager and vp of sales. When the management staff has your back and will help where they can everything does very well

      Cons

      Some employees tend to fill text with to much religious stuff, pay plains for reps keep getting harder and harder to get. Causing good reps to look for jobs in other locations

      Pros

      Pay is good, especially for not requiring a degree or experience. The managers will usually work with you on schedules as long as you let them know in advance of commitments and such. This a performance based job so you have to have a lot of drive pretty much all the time.

      Cons

      Some managers will let certain things slide but if they don't like you they will hide behind HR and policy to push you out. Prime doesn't like to fire people they like to make you miserable until you quit.
