      Pros

      Pay is great, compared to other Authorized Retailers and even COR stores. Hands on and one on one approach to training. Offers pretty decent benefits. Has a great team mentality.

      Cons

      Pay structure changes regularly, and is based off of store metrics; if there's one bad apple on your team it could impact everyone negatively. I.E. When its good, it's great, when it's bad it can be very bad.

      Pros

      Direct Management is friendly and can be very helpful. Commission and Bonus pay is one of the best in the industry.

      Cons

      Upper management is not concerned with issues at store level and only looks at numbers and raw data without taking in consideration employees' needs and makes you feel very expendable. Training is unorganized, rushed, but perfection is expected without fault. Managers are not given enough information to help correct errors or expand their business. Staffing is an issue as the company is growing too fast...
