Pros

I love working in the corporate office! You're surrounded by highly talented and smart individuals who constantly push you to be better and challenge yourself. The work/life balance is good and the company culture is really great, offering volunteering options, group outings, etc. I truly enjoy working for Prime.

Excited about the technology I work with on daily basis and the compensation that goes along with helping our guests get the very best deal. We have a amazing family here at Prime and always feel appreciated for my efforts. Great benefits and fantastic incentives is why I have the attitude and drive to perform each and everyday.

Cons

Downside to working for Prime would be recently we had to get rid of our 401k program. It was something I was involved in from day one of hire. I was sad to see that go away.

I've worked for a few different premium retailers and carriers. Prime Communications cares about their people and our District Manager is one of the greatest I've had in all my years of sales. Passion, Accountability, Discipline is the mantra of our district but it shines bright from every person from top to bottom within the entire company!
