It can be very rewarding but also very stressful.

Pros

This job allows you to interact with people and show them new and exciting things about new phones and other technology.

Cons

Custer service is very stressful and having to deal with irate and upset customers happens more often than not. There is also very strict quotas that have to be met which can add to stress.

Pros

-Little to no experience required -High pay potential, decent base pay -Easy to move up the chain through promotions

Cons

-With no real experience required, you end up working with some pretty lazy people -The potential to earn a ridiculous paycheck is awesome and some definitely do, but if you get stuck at a location with barely any traffic, you'll have to work your tail off just to earn a decent paycheck. While base pay is decent, commission is where your real income comes from. -The political game is strong. A lot of times your hard work will get overlooked in favor of management giving promotions to their friends or their "in circle" buddies. -Quite possibly the biggest con however, is the fact that the company really has no structure from PTO to retirement to customer refunds and exchanges, nothing is clear and no one can give you a straight answer.

Pros

Well there aren't that many pros to working here. Maybe the pro would be that you get to participate in the ATT ANR program and get 50% off service.

Cons

Mandatory Saturday meetings for not meeting certain metrics that is used as punishment. Constantly being harassed about meeting sales targets even on days off/ vacation. They made working there very stressful. Don't really seem to care about employees. Company doesn't like paying overtime. Horrible benefits
