Pros

None, besides selling products for the leader in technology AT&T.

Cons

Upper Management-Regional Director does not know how to communicate with people, has a cocky demeanor. Also making rules and changes as the hours go by doesn't motivate people to sell just causes tension and stress in the store.

Pros

Decent pay for location managers if you are at a busy location top reps and managers can win trip to mexico each year

Cons

-Retail hours are not great when you have kids. especially when required to work 3 out of 4 weekends every month. -most upper management lack servant leadership skills -only worried about sales and numbers, not the individual -definitely a "next" mentality if you are struggling to sale a specific product or service -mangers are given little to no ability to handle situations in the store, glorified sales baby sitters who do operational task -they cut 401K after only a year and family insurance is sky high, even with the group discount

Pros

After leaving Prime for a temporary overseas opportunity, they reached out to me to ask when I was coming back and if I would be interested in rejoining the company upon my return. Prime makes its employees feel valued and wanted.

Cons

Their extreme aversion to working overtime results in getting hours cut on Fridays (the end of the pay period), which results in losing sales on one of our busiest days and therefore losing out on commission.
