Numbers are everything. There is no Life/Work balance.

We were made to leave good reviews on this website under the supervision of management, while on the clock. We were told what to write. Heavy disconnect between management and sales force. Not family oriented. Subject to heavy disciplinary action and constant threat of being fired if certain sales goals are not met on a monthly basis. This is the same regardless of previous successful months. Employees are repeatedly asked to work off the clock because overtime is not allowed, but their presence is still needed. Made to work for free in the form of team meetings and conference calls, even on your day off. Often called to come work on your day off only hours before you are expected to come in. Due to the culture of fear that permeates the environment, the company has been able to consistently cross the line into illegal treatment of its employees with very little backlash from the sales people- they are all too afraid of getting fired to seek justice.
