Excited about the technology I work with on daily basis and the compensation that goes along with helping our guests get the very best deal. We have a amazing family here at Prime and always feel appreciated for my efforts. Great benefits and fantastic incentives is why I have the attitude and drive to perform each and everyday.

Cons

Downside to working for Prime would be recently we had to get rid of our 401k program. It was something I was involved in from day one of hire. I was sad to see that go away.

I've worked for a few different premium retailers and carriers. Prime Communications cares about their people and our District Manager is one of the greatest I've had in all my years of sales. Passion, Accountability, Discipline is the mantra of our district but it shines bright from every person from top to bottom within the entire company!

This job allows you to interact with people and show them new and exciting things about new phones and other technology.

Cons

Custer service is very stressful and having to deal with irate and upset customers happens more often than not. There is also very strict quotas that have to be met which can add to stress.
