Pros

Pay is above average. However, it will illegally supplement your overtime pay, since that is clearly not allowed per work emails.

Cons

Unsatisfied with management, facilities, policy and demand. Management will not help, just threaten. Facilities will be on an as is basis only. Policy is to reach goal or be let go ONLY. You are to work above 40 hours for less than 40 hours of pay, on the basis of comission, which is illegal. 2 stars. Join them if you need money quick and know how to sell. Customer service is not a requirement. They are used to turn over so do not stay. More people quit or fired than hired in the 9 months i worked there.
