Pros

Laid back job and not to bad of a schedule. Aside from store being open till 8. I'd like to close at 7.

Cons

Customers can be a pain and you will want to throat chop them some times

Pros

It's extremely easy to be a rep with the company. The pay isn't bad and you aren't required to do anything. At least you can put a shiny manager label on your resume.

Cons

Literally everything else. If you're any form of management, you're worked to exhaustion for slightly more money. They will find any reason not to pay you a bonus, and demand that you handle every aspect of the store (including coaching and training your employees...seriously, almost no outside training). The pay is almost insulting for a Store Manager and for smaller locations, you're given no support or help in finding staff. All of this has to be done along with Prime requiring that sell at least 25 phones a month....that's an absolute joke and it's all part of Prime trying to not have to pay commissions on 25 phones sold. As a manager you make no difference in pay if you sell it vs one of your reps. They find every excuse to deduct money from your checks and refuse to reimburse any out of pocket expenses used for store supplies (you're given a small amount to cover cleaning and office supplies and if anything breaks, that comes out off supply budget leaving you to buy needed supplies). Honestly, I've worked in the wireless industry for awhile and this is about as entry level as it gets. The pay isn't competitive to bring in quality reps and management is over worked to the point where everyone wants to quit. Extremely high turnover and forget about vacations...they don't happen.

Pros

Honestly one of the best companies I've ever had the pleasure of working for. Benefits are great, everyone is always willing to help and push you to the next level, compensation is great; just overall wonderful. I wake up excited to go to my job every day and determined to keep on growing with this company. If you're looking for a career and not just a day to day job, this is definitely the place you want to be apart of.

Cons

Very stressful and challenging. You have to be driven and hungry to succeed here.
