      Looks pretty from the outside.

      Pros

      Decent hours. Most employees are friendly. Made some great friends while I was there.

      Cons

      Horrible work/life balance. High turnover. No real training before being put out on the floor and left alone for hours within the first 2 weeks. Highly stressful for little pay. Takes months to get commission and still is not what was promised when you accept position.

      Prepare to be micromanaged to death and asked to sell unethically to make AT&T happy.

      Great Company to work for

      Pros

      You can work your way up through the trenches. You can make good money. This is one of the better authorized retailers in the business. You get to work with good people. Develop good relationships to help further your career

      Cons

      In the sales field, there tends to be no work/life balance. Those in charge don't care about the people like they should. People are the greatest asset but they tend to forget that and only look at the money
