Pros

I'm new to the company but my coworkers as well as management are all friendly and easy to work with. The days go by quick at my store with the constant flow of customers.

Cons

The only con I've come across so far is that the schedule changes every week. It'd be nice if the hours and days stayed consistent but maybe with time.

5 hours of OT and you get to help build a team to maximize the stores commision check and yours!

Cons

Not that much of a work-life balance. District Manager will barge on your personal life.
