Great opportunity to learn and grow to become a success in managment or higher. Get to met some genuine people and some really good friends out of it. Money isn't bad either .... :)

Cons

Can take some time to get where you want but with the right people it gets done.

* Pay is good * Opportunities for advancement * Build great relationships with great people * You will learn how to run a business better than ever after working here * Fun events like company retreats, "Pinnacle," and vendor sponsored events

Cons

* IT is a big issue * Training needs improvement, but in their defense, we are growing so fast that we need to adjust our training program * Benefits could be cheaper and cover more * Constantly connected at the manager level
