This company will show you how to run a profitable business and how to zone in on key metrics. Flexible schedule (RSMs work 47.5 hours, RSCs work 32-36 hours) The people who work in HQ, with the exception of leadership roles, are fantastic people who care about the field.

Cons

Executive leadership either has no clue about ethics. They promote employees who keep their mouth shut and do things the Prime way without at&t finding out. They endorse feature slamming and "assuming the sale" which means getting a signature from a customer and hoping the customer doesn't notice their bill. Discrimination is rampant.

Most of my coworkers were really nice and made employment bareable.

MANAGEMENT! WHAT MANAGEMENT? I have never seen such a lack of accountability in my life. I witnessed on multiple occasions my DM throw his own employees under the bus to avoid taking responsibility for his mistakes/lies. Totally do not care about employees at all (this includes their physical safety as well) unless they're buddies. Male employees are treated much better than female employees also. I could go on..
