Pros

Fun with Co-Workers. Great Relationship with AT&T CORPORATE. Meeting new people and helping connect people with technology.

Cons

Don't ever expect a Bonus Check. They find ways to rip you off every month. If you make $200GROSS PROFIT off a phone sale, you may make $5-10 comission off the sale, but if you did something incorrect, instead of them charging you back the $200GP you made, they charge your bonus check $500-600 when you didnt even make that much off the sale! They Expect you to drive 2 hours to meetings, yet not get paid gas mileage for them. Reps barley make over minimum wage. Conference calls at 830AM you don't get paid for, and on your day off. Last minute emails demanding you do something you had no prior knowledge of, same with Meetings. High turnover. No security system in place, If something is stolen you get docked out of your paycheck for it. 2-3 Employees per location, hard to run higher traffic stores with so few employees. This is the worst company I've ever worked for. They offer your raises and promotions and the world, but never follow through with it. They offer to host a huge rally event for your state, then cancel it and never reschedule it. They expect you to pay out of pocket to decorate the store for holidays yet they wont reimburst you.

Pros

Good pay if you can manipulate the pay structure

Cons

-Unethical sales tactics -Upper management pushes sales techniques that are unapproved by At&t, but will turn their head when At&t catches wind of it -Only interested in their employees when it is financially beneficial -You can only gain acceptance if you are at their beck and call -Expect to be on call 24/7, but don't expect to be compensated for it -Tenure means nothing if you don't abide by their shady business practices -Poor management is overlooked as long as they play by the company's rules

Pros

Beats being bought out by a bait and tackle store.

Cons

As a salesperson you make no money at all selling iphones and due to their fear of chargebacks that's all they provide you with in terms of inventory! Management is also very shady and not above scare tactics and bullying customers into accepting / buying things they don't want or need!
