Job that gets worse every year

Pros

Could make way more than at most other jobs

Cons

To make the money you have to lie. At&t and Prime only really look at year over year numbers. They pay out less and less for what most customers come there to do which is to upgrade. You will be encouraged to tell people they have to activate a new line on an esim in order to get a promotion. EVPs and regional directors very much encourage this behavior verbally so there is no written documentation to tie back to them for accountability. When you leave, you will not get paid your last commissions checks. Depending on when you leave, that could be up to 3 commission checks and prime considers your commissions should be between 30 and 40% of your income. So be ready to get screwed over when you leave. Oh does not matter even if you fulfill 2 weeks notice...they still won't pay you
