Pros

None to share at all.

Cons

Very cheap company. Under pays employees. Never volunteer your own money to do anything, you will not get reimbursed.

Pros

Coworkers were generally good people despite the truly awful pay and unjustified pressure. Support from the "real At&t" workers was pretty good although that doesn't have anything to do with Prime.

Cons

Ok, here's the thing. This company is horrible to their employees. I was an employee at a At&t retailer for 4 years before it was bought out by Prime. When Prime took over I realized what a bad retail job actually was. First off, the pay is hilariously bad. Sales reps in Ohio make between $18,000 and $25,000 per year and making 25k is next to impossible. The funniest part about that is that they really expect you to be extra excited about working there and selling to the point where you are doing outside sales and stuff just to meet the goals. Besides that they have tons of conference calls and unpaid trainings you have to attend which really aren't trainings but more of finding out why numbers are down... and numbers are always down. The company does nothing to advertise at all and rarely has sufficient inventory to sell, not to mention all of the accessories are of the most generic variety imaginable. Despite these facts, employees are held to unrealistic standards and then terminated with almost no notice. In addition management is completely incompetent sniffling cowards. No real issues are ever addressed because each level of management is afraid to tell the next level anything except for what they want to hear. Not to mention that they are all very unprofessional and most of the time uneducated. They rely on super cheesy cliches instead of actual experience. Benefits might as well not exist since they are overpriced to the point that makes one believe they are profiting on their employees health insurance. Im tired of thinking about Prime, and that's why I'm stopping here otherwise there's a whole ton of other cons.

Pros

Learn the tricks of the trade (good and bad). Develop sales skills needed for other jobs. Health and life insurance as well as 401K available after 1 year.

Cons

Inconsistent pay structure, unclear policies that do not always make it to the ears of the sales staff, cultural favoritism, less than ethical practices, high pressure sales, little advancement opportunity.
