Pros

I worked in a busy store and hit goal every month.

Cons

Too many to list Favoritism Substance abuse Unprofessional coaching and anger from upper management all the way down Absolute lack of work life balance Little time off for self care Management is always playing with your PTO You make a request that is denied and then it disappears All of this misery is not worth $35k a year

Pros

Hmm I suppose some of the “bonus incentives” they try to entice you with but then again the market is over saturated and the customer mentality has mainly shifted to buying elsewhere like online or at another retailer that offers gift cards.

Cons

The saying is “Prime Cares”, they do care... ABOUT THEMSELVES and the amount of money that fatten their wallets at the expense of the employee. Goals are barely attainable for about %60 and %10 hit their “bonus incentives” the other %30 don’t hit their monthly quota and either get paid half or no commission at all. The assistant manager role is the worst role with promises of “growth” and “more pay” you get 5 hours of OT and a ton more responsibilities and a higher quota. They preach “work life balance” yet when you take any PTO at all you are still responsible for hitting quota or you won’t get paid, so why take PTO? You can’t cash it out and it doesn’t rollover haha they are now incorporating Corp systems and having the employees do more at the store level yet pay has not changed. If you have the opportunity to work for ACTUAL AT&T then please save yourself the stress of not being able to provide for your family without sacrificing the time spent with them and your morals of selling people things they don’t want or need (sometimes even without their knowledge) then apply at Corp instead they make waaaayy more.
