Pros

I really do love it here and have since I started. I'm always recommending this place and singing its praises, from the culture to the pay, to the overtime opportunities (even if you are salaried sometimes), to the benefits, to the way they treat their workers. I'm very much a unionize and assert your rights person, so when I say this, it's not based on some cultural or political belief that I broadly apply to companies, It is a unique opinion based on my experiences here. All that said, please ignore my opinion and the management's opinion here. Please ask any worker. The thing that was an early green flag for me was the way the workers talked about this place. Anywhere you go, the management will tell you how awesome it is, but here, I hear it from everyone, which has not been my experience everywhere I have worked.

Cons

Really hard to think of many... Depending on the job, the travel requirements may be out of your comfort range, but they are very upfront about the requirements of each job. Sometimes, you have to work on the heat again, depending on the position or the job. Working here may make it hard to move to other jobs that don't treat you as well 😅😅😅

Pros

They are very big on teaching and taking in new people. The work culture is great and so are the benefits.

Cons

The company requires a lot of travel. They pay you for it, but it's still not the most stable thing to have to travel out of state every so often. And when a job site is done, you'll have to move wherever the next one is.
