Pros

Some work from home, Does pay for employee insurance if all steps are done, Pays for travel flights to sites when working abroad, If you know Allen Bradley then your experience counts.

Cons

If your experience is not in Allen Bradley and you are a programmer, then your experience does not count and you must prove yourself within the company to be taken serious. Until they need you for some odd ball job. Don't worry, once that specific job is done, all of your experience is forgotten again. If it is not in writing/ text/ emails it never happened, do not take the word of supervisors at Prime. The "Bonus" for Automation Specialist does not even come close to the actual pay you would receive if you made overtime. There WILL BE people that have absolutely no experience that make more then you do. The pay structure does not work as explained when you are going through the interview process. If you have not done a job task at Prime, but have many years of experience it doesn't count. You will not have a raise for at least 1 year from higher date. Jan-June get evaluations in July following your year mark, June-Dec get evaluations in January following your year mark. A person can move up positions unless you meet specific marks, but you also do not have the opportunities to meet those marks. If a job opens up that you are more then qualified for and you ask to be looked at for it, you will then do the work for that position until they higher from outside the company to fill the role. You will then train the person that filled the role, all with out any compensation/raise/or bonus.

Pros

Great company to work for with awesome benefits

Cons

Travel can be demanding but it’s T for everyone. As long as you discuss this coming in and how much travel you will be required to do, then it should be an issue.
