Shady business practices Lie...told us the Woman's Health Practice and in turn the OB unit wasn't closing...same day news came out that it was. Horrible treatment for patients...referral process is long and patients (myself included) wait months to receive services. 3 month long onboading process...continually lost our paperwork and forced us to do it all over again. One PCPs passport information was uploaded under someone else's name. Physical Therapy and surgeries have been cancelled because their computer doesnt communicate with outside entities computers. Going back to work after an injury is a long process resulting in lost wages and insurance coverage unless you can afford COBRA. Certain Prime doctor's offices dont answer their phone..making it impossible for patients to reach their PCPs for anything, including referrals, unless you can go in person. Replacing medical office nurses with medical assistants Bleeding doctors, nurses, and patients.

Pay is not competitive, Poor 401k, only .25 cents on dollar from 1-10 yrs, health insurance is awful- have to stay in prime network which is awful when you live far from work, also small list of providers, time off acrual is only 10 hours a month. 3 vacation hours and 2 holiday a pay. No housekeeping to turn ER beds or transport. It's old and equipment always broken and never fixed/replaced. Outdated ways. No 1:1 watches for SI or HI patients, ALOT of psyche. Very very high turnover of employees
