      Pros

      None for U.S. citizens but plenty of pros for those with H-1B Visas. You can get free curry whenever you want.

      Cons

      Going downhill & too many cons to list! Poor culture and no values which is leading to a high turnover. Someone is leaving every week. Can't retain good employees. The good ones won't last and the ones remaining can't wait to leave.

      Pros

      - Lots of opportunities to climb the ladder and move around the company - Healthcare system that's constantly expanding and growing - There are some really good people employed

      Cons

      - TON of politics. Power games galore. - Can be really stressful due to the exponential growth of the company. - Some departments aren't willing to hire more people, not sure if they're afraid of asking upper management or what but with the company growing so fast, we did not have the resources we needed to complete jobs correctly. This led to facilities blaming corporate for their issues (they were partially correct). - Have to watch your back and who you trust. People can and will throw you under the bus if needed.

      Pros

      Good benefits effective immediately upon hire. growing company, some room for growth. They sponsor visas for immigrants.

      Cons

      Lean management leads to overworked employees. Salaries are below the average going rate. Company has a huge turnover rate. Positions are mostly filled my Indians with work visas. CEO is from India which is why Indians are favored with higher positions, pay rate, woman are not likely to advance into leadership roles.
