The only pro was walking out on my last day and never looking back.

Cons

I have never been a part of a more unorganized program with the worst communication. The lack of support is insane. Once a quarter they clear house and get rid of all managing positions and leave you with no one to contact for anything. There are no phone numbers for any department and you have to email departments that never get checked and will never get a response. The benefits are the worst I have ever seen and can barely even be called benefits. They will backtrack and do things they said they wouldn’t do. They don’t care about patient care or the communities they are in at all and only about how much money they can make. Did not feel comfortable seeing patients with my license on the line.
