      Not minority friendly, if contractor, no benifits, paid time off, treated badly, you are watched and micro managed if your black and lied on.

      Place is seriously messed up

      Pay, benefits, ability to work from hom

      Cons

      Company is in the middle of a transformation from a project to product model. But doesn’t have a published roadmap. Company lost $50 M last year and eliminated a couple hundred jobs in March 2019. If you’re an IT or PM professional, you might want to look elsewhere until thing settle down. Company has an acting CEO and is on its 2nd acting CFO in less than a year.

      Pros

      The Senior Leadership Team on down the organization want to do the right thing for their clients. Some of the finest people who actually are focused on low net cost and supporting their clients.

      Cons

      Executive team has made some mistakes strategically. The client/owner relationship is challenging due to a difference in what is right for the company versus the needs of the client/owner.
