Pros

Compensation and benefits are great. The company values and goals are incorporated into 5 main words. CEO is great, though he is leaving in April.

Cons

Favoritism is rampant at this company. They say they have an anti-retaliation policy but watch out. If the person who committed the wrong doing is liked, management will turn their heads and look the other way and even promote them.

Somewhat flexible with accommodating their employees' schedule

Cons

Pay increase could be better. Even though they base the increase on your performance, the increase you get is still very very little (cents) even if you performed (and were officially recognized for your performance) very well.

Sitting at a desk all day sucks ;( but staff made it much easier to want to stay

Cons

Great staff, always had fun events going on whether it was catering or a cook out we always made it a fun enviroment at Prime.
