Pros

Vacation time and good brand facade.

Cons

Questionable managers who only look out for their personal bonus potential. If the is an opportunity to place blame on someone else or not be an "owner" they will take it. The brand is a facade to, I don't think I ever actually noticed any employees helping people feel better to love well. It was all about how to save a penny per person.

Pros

Vision and Goals. Focus on the customer.

Cons

The leadership for this contact center locally and at corporate headquarters have allowed the bullying, retaliation and intimidation of employees since 2009 in the Albuquerque contact center. Many employees has left as a result with no change in the culture. The feedback from past employees tell the truth!

Pros

I think Prime Therapeutics itself may be a good company to work for. Good benefits, like you'd expect at a larger company. It may be moreso the location I'm at (Edina) that has issues, although pay is good for a pharmacy tech.

Cons

I got a job recently as a CRT at the Edina location and it was presented as a step-up position from a pharmacy tech. They stated there would be OT, but that you could just put in so many hours extra week and be okay. However the place is ran like a phone center. You sit at a small desk and make phone calls to process requests all day, and the place is ran like a military camp. No one is allowed to leave from OT until they are dismissed, so you have no clue when you are going to be able to get home some days. You are to sit at your desk and work and work. Cell phone calls can only be made from a certain location. Some of us feel trapped and are plotting our escape.
