      Pros

      Prime is one of the best places I have worked so far. Excellent work life balance. This company offers lots of opportunities in the pharmacy benefit management area. The company works towards improving member services to provide drugs at the lowest possible cost.

      Cons

      The only con is the company does not offer any stock options for stock purchase plans as it is not a public company.
