Pros

Helping people with scripts, it is a good feeling to assist with health concerns. Some of the employees really cared about the members.

Cons

Benefits and compensation are good. If willing to go to school again, could have career movement.....Management controlling, managers and directors used tactics to control complaints of lack of support.

Pros

The people are genuinely kind and friendly. Fairly flexible about hours, as long as you ask ahead of time. Very individual work, but a fun group environment.

Cons

As a contract employee, I felt like I was treated very differently from a regular employee, and while I as told many times that I would be brought on as a regular employee, it never happened. Also was asked to do overtime every single week I worked there (1.5 years) and usually worked 50 hour weeks, which was not what they told me when I was hired.
