Pros

Good work life balance. Promoted healthy lifestyle culture. After bumps my first few years there, when I left, it looked like alignment on values and vision/corporate goals was being shared so everyone was on the same page.

Cons

Some of the people there were challenging to work with. Did not reward/promote employees who had been there versus always hiring outsiders to lead.

Pros

Wages and benefits are fantastic, the department I was in was very flexible with hours and PTO. The company as a whole was very welcoming and engaging. They offer numerous activities throughout the year to engage employees and their families.

Cons

Very poor management. Be prepared to document absolutely everything that you are told, and exactly when you were told or face possible unforeseen consequences. Decisions are made either painfully slow, or in rapid succession without notice. There is very high turnover in the department on all levels.

Huge private offices for all. Fruit and bagels for all. Lots of hierarchy of you care for that type of environment.

Cons

Too many to list. IT, HR, and Finance divisions all incompetent. Junior managers / workers live in fear of being scapegoated.
