      Avoid working for this company at all costs

      Pros

      They hire sometimes and management doesn't really know what they are doing so it is an easy place to make a low end of okay salary and not do very much, if you're into that kind of thing. If you are like me and actually like to work you will be driven insane.

      Cons

      Management doesn't really know what they are doing and there is a vested culture of obstruction, dishonesty, laziness and immaturity that I have never seen before. Many if not most resources are less than qualified for the position they are in and therefore projects are rarely if ever completed successfully, on time or on budget. You will get stuffed into a role and your only opportunity for advancement will come when you leave.

      Good benefits, good pay and bonus

      Cons

      Horrible treatment of new employees; no sharing or collaborating on teams; middle management is incompetent and hires their own people that can inform on everyone and anyone. performance reviews and advancement in your career is at the discretion of your manager. A people company, not process company - maturity level very low. Turnover high, mostly Jan-March during performance reviews and before bonus award. Performance process used to get rid of people that are different. Docility is appreciated.
