      Great co-workers that are team players. The other nurses on the team are fantastic to work with

      No upward mobility for nurses. This use to be a good paying position but since Covid nurses make a lot more, but not here.No market analysis for pay adjustment has ever been completed.This is a salaried position but treated like hourly workers. Have to use 4 hours of PTO to go to an appointment. Training is difficult and quick and takes about 6 months or more to feel comfortable with position.The computer system is old and antiquated and never does what you expect.
