      - Most of the people working here are just really nice good people w the MN nice vibe - Great 401k match - Semi-annual employee surveys are taken seriously - Nice size org. Not too big not too small - Generous PTO for new hires - Dedicated to being fully remote - Immediate leadership is kind and supportive - Relaxed culture

      Cons

      - Feeling the growing pains of a recent merger - Difficult position as an independent co but pretty much owned by clients - Increased transparency from ELT needed - Really difficult to get job postings approved and get budget $s for needed advancements
