Some of the people that I worked with.

Cons

Management in this company is a joke & create hostile work environments. They then blame the employees who report to them for their failures. When brought to HR's attention it gets swept under the rug & ignored. The majority of the individuals who are allowed to thrive here are those who get ahead by brown nosing only while those who actually work hard & do the work get dumped on until they are more or less pushed out.

The people who work at the front lines really care about their roles and do their best, even given bad tools and outdated systems, to perform their duties.

Cons

Technology is outdated. The company is mired in bureaucracy and political in-fighting. The project life cycle is insane. Projects get spun up and then killed. Repeat annually.
