Monkey work, very monotonous. High school atmosphere. Not much equal advancement opportunities. They see employees as disposable and replaceable. Protocol can change from day to day. Benefits are being taken away little by little. Upper management has been leaving to other companies for a couple years now. ABQ site has been at risk of closing a few times recently. Rules do not apply to everyone- management is selective and plays favorites. Rates and quality expectations continue to increase while incentive pay outs are decreasing. Management is being very sneaky in how they are getting of rid of employees so they are either fired or have to leave. I had to leave due to schedule conflicts that could not be worked out for me while others were given special accommodations. Also a shift bid that would have resolved this issue was no longer an option at the end of the year as in all previous years. ABQ Prime is making moves to shut down this facility but refuses to be honest with employees. Time is extremely micro-managed.
