      Good benefits, most coworkers tend to be amiable and helpful

      Cons

      Management can get out of hand. Supervisors with authority issues aren't corrected, despite repeated attempts. Not all individuals are treated fairly. Replaceable employees are often treated poorly.

      Pros

      Friendly people to work with and good benefits. Nice building under construction around us too. There are really no pros. I can stand at my desk? That's a selling point? Right?

      Cons

      Clinical review has some bad eggs for supervisors. She knows it, everyone knows it. HR is aware as well, that is another huge problem in itself. I wish I could stay and grow with the company but I'm out of patience. Micromanaging is out of control and employees are very unhappy. Just a negative environment at this point. It's actually really sad. Bye Prime.

      NO PROS AT ALL !

      This company is absolutely horrible and unprofessional. Expectations were ridiculous for not enough compensation. They rushed people to decide if they wanted to take the job offer only to lay off 6-8 people randomly in the middle of the day 2 months later due to “budget cuts” and kicked us out of the system in under 5 minutes as if we were some sort of cyber hackers. Disgusting! Then rushed you to send back the LOADS of equipment they sent out “ASAP”. No consideration for employees whatsoever. Ppl left their jobs quickly only for Prime to lay them off in 2 months. A TIP: DONT HIRE OVER 30+ PPL IF YOU CANT AFFORD IT!! Distasteful. The company will reap what they sow.
