Pros
When I started at Prime 4 years ago, I loved it and continued to love it until my organization (team) was taken over by a global PMO office.
Cons
I have been in the industry for 20+ years and I have never in all of my experience encountered such a negative group as the PMO office. The leadership all needs to change but how they resolve feedback is to send out another survey to the PM's to understand why they are getting negative feedback. I would never recommend working for this organization specifically the project management office.
