I have recently resigned. Below is why: - The company is a joke, and will be sold soon for very little. - The owner and only decision-maker for the companies is Clive Diethelm, a Swiss person. He is a lonely misanthrope who has literally zero friends and whose goal in life is to get as much cosmetic surgeries as he can and then find something to complain about. If he is not complaing, then he will try to cause internal fighting between employees so he has something to do with his time. He is also a right-wing, pro-Putin, anti-vax, the-world-is-going-to-end conspiracy theorist, misogynist who belittles women and their contributions to the team. There are no women working in the Cyprus office. In any department. Women are not welcome here.
