      Pros

      The company in general has a very good name for itself, whoever i have told about where i work, i have only had positive feedback. Work life balance, relaxed atmosphere, good team culture. Good employee benefits, good salaries market wise. They are very willing to accommodate individual needs and are understanding which is nice

      Cons

      Past comments on glass door are old, and possibly outdated and i believe that these are going to be seen as cons, but i can see things are different now

      The office is closed to the highway

      Cons

      The work was completely unorganised There is no structure to it things keep changing while you're working No one is working with sprints and they actually expect you to code review yourself or do most of the work using AI tools when you write extensive code even detect don't know how to read it and understand it
