Pros
Re-envisioning who we are as a company. Implementing process that makes business sense and are customer/employee friendly. Sky is the limit as far as growth potential for the company and it's employees. Opinions welcome, encourage, and appreciated on every level.
Cons
Pay is obviously a current challenge in Nashville's challenging market but we've made substantial progress and we're nowhere near done. Too many systems to work out of and not at all user-friendly. This is one of our main initiatives for 2020/2021. Communication between departments is an unnecessary challenge that needs to be fixed ASAP. The back and forth strains our internal relationships and is just bad for business.
