Pros

The ONLY pros are the people you work with they make the day bearable, the industry itself is a wonderful industry to work for just don’t work for these people.

Cons

There is no affirmation they treat you like crap. I overwork you. And give work like you’re a manager. And they went to company for five years. I started out in the repo department repo in the car. Then I went to marketing to sell the cars at the auctions for three years. They went to a new position to become a company trainer, trained all these people up everything wrong with certain departments, they hired a training manager and then all of a sudden I get let go for core values, and I wanted to bet you 100 bucks that these managers can recite any of the core values and they were refused to tell me which core values I broke after five years after training eight classes back to back and flying to Dallas and training to VP they are backstabbing Some of these managers drink on the job and when you get caught you lose your job. . I mean, oh yeah they did put a game room in there that cost probably $100,000 but you know I guess they had to cut people to pay for that but do not work here for you mental health this place is horrible
