I have been rewarded for my efforts, allowed to grow and development, learn new skills. The people at Primeritus are the reason I stay, working with my team each day and knowing I have their support. If I need assistance or clarification, I appreciate the open door policy and access to any member of HR or leadership.

Cons

Communication within all organizations can be a challenge, It would be great to see more communication, company town halls and transparency.
