PTO, if they allow you to use it.

Cons

Favoritism from management. People being hired in management who don’t know what their doing and then want you to train them on their work. Unprofessional, when it comes to asking management anything type of questions. Or trying to get a response on anything. HR is not helpful either. No growth opportunities.

Decent Money - No Training

Pros

Pay isn't horrible, Global Support Director is excellent. Most employees were very friendly and nice.

Cons

Almost no training for the Global Support manager position. Two and a half days of basic company orientation, then you're on your own. You're thrown into a position with no organization, and no training, you're invited to meeting after meeting without knowing what any of it is about. Absolute chaos. The team members push back on everything and then go to HR if they don't like you.
