Pros

My coworkers were fantastic, often the only reason why I came to work was because of the co-workers. Lower management was also good plus they were flexible and understanding. Good benefits.

Cons

Not a big fan of the new CEO. Lots of new and restrictive rules implemented that didn't make a lot of sense to me, I left shortly after he was hired. FYI - This is an extremely emotionally taxing position.

Generous vacation policy, that's about it.

Cons

Currently poor management who doesn't seem to understand the industry. Very little meaningful employee engagement. Obvious favoritism, poor money management. The list goes on and on.
