It was remote when I worked there so that was the greatest pro

Cons

It is hard to get help when you are new. The calls are non stop of angry people who have gotten their cars repossessed. They did not pay enough for the amount of work we had to do. Leadership would always be on your case about your accounts but wouldn’t allow overtime so people could catch up on their work. It was impossible to manage accounts with the amount of calls coming in.
