The COVID-19 response has been nothing short of despicable. They brought all employees into the office 5 days a week in the midst of the Delta variant. There are no work-from-home days offered, and employees who require them were given 5 over the course of August, after which, there has been no option provided.
The college's COVID-19 policy has "phases" according to the risk level. The COVID-19 data BY THEIR OWN REPORTING places them in the high risk category, which according to their policy would have everything remote. Instead, they are moving forward with in-person classes with no capacity limits or vaccine/testing requirements, and are even holding a college-wide in-person ceremony.
